Your trousers are going to burst!

Zubon ga panku shichau!

Any way you count it, the in-utero Pumpkin Prince is 39 weeks. Ultrasound estimates his weight at around 3100 g, which is 6 pounds 13 ounces. He's done baking, he's just kind of hanging out.

Yesterday morning, I was changing out of my pajamas into my street clothes with the Pumpkin Princess watching. She looked at my belly and said, "Mommy, your pants are going to burst!"

I'd say a 3 year-old telling you your pants are going to burst is a good sign you're freaking huge.

I hated that part of pregnancy. Time for the pizza/beer/sex induction!

(Actually with Veronica I went in to labor about an hour after I had a big bowl of tempura udon with lots of added red pepper...)

OMG... this is sooo WONDERFUL !!!
I've just found out here today that
you're expecting a lovely healthy baby boy.

CONGRATULATIONS (^_^)v

So sorry for me being absent so long.
Life's so hectic here (many things happened and new things are keep on happening).
Mom and Granny are staying with me for almost a month now (Mom had the cataract removed from both of her eyes, but it seems like she got a little complication after the surgery, so we have to visit her ophthalmologist regularly).

I just need my sleep whenever I can.
I'll do my best to start writing again next month (only in my Bloggers, for a start, so that means my Multiply friends will have to wait longer).

Thx so much for your lovely Xmas card. I haven't told you how much it means to me.
Gomennasai... I feel so bad.
Hope you still consider me as your good friend (^_^)v

How wonderful of you for creating such a lovely card especially for me.
I received it in the second week of January (I was recovering from my surgery).
I was super excited, I showed it to everyone at home, and yes, of course to Hubby, again and again.

Wish you an easy labor next month.
Wish you and the baby boy are always be happy and healthy there.
Wish your family all the best.

Jilly, the first and third sound good...with my (lack of) alcohol tolerance, the second is probably a bad idea. I've taken a clue from you and made mapo dofu for dinner, so we'll see.

Livy, so good to hear from you. I was beginning to wonder if you were OK.

Do get some photos/video!!! I have video of the day my second was born (like just bustling around the house, sending my oldest off with his cousin and auntie, etc.) and my girth is truly astounding.

You'll be glad you did years later. Now, not so much.
