That's a lot of goya! I like it stir-fried (after a bit of soaking) with tuna fish and soy sauce.
Sounds like goya champuru (stir fry with egg, tofu and Spam) without the egg and tofu. It's good (for grownups, anyway) but you can only eat it so many times a week...The piano teacher came to visit yesterday. We sent her home with seven of them, but this morning, I counted 16 left (of them, 10 are ripe enough for champuru!) on the vines!
