The OB clinic where I gave birth to the Pumpkin Princess would serve new parents a fine dinner a few days after the baby was born. The premise was that a new baby would give you very little time for fine dining. This is the dessert I was served. Notice the cream puffs shaped like swans and the candy sculptures garnishing the cream puffs and rasberry mousse. The friend I showed this to said "what do I have to do to get into that hospital?" I told her you had to have a baby :)
